Effective May 22, Slate has updated its privacy policy to clarify the ways in which we use reader data, and to reflect changes required by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes more information about how we collect, use, and share any personal information that EU residents may give to us.

Important updates to the policy include:

• Purposes of and legal basis for processing Personal Data
• Information about your individual rights around your Personal Data

By using our services on or after the effective date of the new policy, you will be accepting the revisions.
